The perfect base for a cycling, skiing or regional epicurean experiences.

Easy access to Mt.Hotham, Mt.Buffalo and Falls Creek for winter skiing or summer hikes. Roll in and roll out to world famous road cycling rides, or test yourself off road on your mountain bike.  Wineries, cafes and restaurants are within short distances, or just relax and stay in.
